No server is up yet Blue (been clicking like crazy myself to enter Union)... guess we will have to wait another 25 min? (hope not)

And lest anyone think this is just a Euro thing, the US servers are in the same state at the moment. I do think I know the reason for the delay though. The newly introduced Powerset is strictly for Masterminds, which are villains, and everone knows the Devs Hate Villains.
