It's gotten "better" but is still a ways away from WP, Regen, Nin, and even SR. I'd put EA just a bit over it, and ELA a bit above DA in terms of use.

For some reason its pretty big with the fc crowd these days. I have seen quite a few proclaiming how great it is.
It is still horrible though.

Or is the Resistance from it not good for pvp? i dont know the numbers but was very curious would it feel like a scrapper? or just fail? i would think Lightning reflexes could help Placate move faster and it has a nice heal too (i think) unless im wrong, any further info would be greatly appreciated.
