From what I know about PvP the sets you want are Fire Armor, or Regen, because the heals keep you alive. Elec has a heal but it isn't up enough really.
And the attack sets you want are anything with ranged attacks, plus the ranged attacks from your epic pool. The melee attacks are good, but you don't get to hit people with them all that often, so take the big hitters but leave the fillers.
I wouldn't think Fire or Elec are particularly good attack sets in pvp though.
The set bonus' you want to go for are +HP (Make sure you cap your HP), +damage and +recharge to get your heal back up. At least thats from what I have gathered in the last few days looking at the PvP forums for my blaster.

As for sets, if you go with Regen (Considered King of PvP) I would build for +Recharge and +Acc primarily (Purple sets are great) Then I would go with +HP and +Dam, if you can try to fit in some +regen too.
Having all the extra Acc is good for defensive builds, the recharge to bring your heals come as fast as possible.
As for a primary, you could go with the ones with ranged powers in them, if you do, I would go with Claws, else I would try Fire for damage, or BS or Kat for the debuffs and damage and DA/Parry are nice tools.

Check the PvP forums, if you ask nicely they will give you good advice. Fire/Regen is popular for scrappers. Elec is only good for Stalkers.
Hi there.
Iv been looking around for some builds for a pvp character or 2.Iv taken my FA/Fire Tanker and my Elec/Elec Tanker to pvp zones.they did rather well, however they couldnt kill anything.
I couldnt seem to do enough damage to someone before they either got a assist, or escaped.However I did enjoy the power sets I was using for my Tankers.
Has anyone on this forum made a Fire/FA or Elec/Elec Scrapper and PvP with it?Im curious because they seem like good PvP ideas.
Anyone?
