For windowed mode:

As for changing other settings before loading the client, you can use a program called Tweak_CoH to change the options in the registry.
that string code (or what ever its called) worked but oddly enough it just couldn't get past the loading screen after doing that. I just gave up and uninstall it. I can't imagine how bad the actual game would play like on that lagtastic craptop.

You could also give us some insight as to what system you are trying to run this on. A CoH_Helper report would help.
ok so this isn't the best of ideas but its the best I got atm. I can't run coh on my craptop any more so I'm borrowing my roommates whose pretty old (only 512 MB RAM) in the short cut string is there anything I can put to force it to open in windowed mode and even possibly minimum settings? I only ask because the game crashes as soon as it tries to load a zone for the first time so I can't change the settings from the default from install. its a long shot but I got COH withdrawals
