Are you downloading fro scratch or updating a clone of your CoH files? The later, of course, works faster, if you still have CoH installed.
So I got a new PC, and my test server updater thingy isnt downloaded on my new PC....
I am fairly dense... so could someone tell where to find THE EASY test server download instructions?
I found the offical one but I remember there being a 'short cut' type one...
