Anyway, for all the new players to the server, Welcome :-) Guardian may have a decreased population, but it most certainly makes up for it will quality players. We all know what we are doing here 
For all you new players to the server, you guys need to start getting assimulated into the underground network that is Guardian XD I suggest you add "Guardian" and "Level 50" Global Chat channels to your tabs. Sometimes it may appear the server is completely dead, but I can assure you that we are all just hiding from you Getting one (Both prefered) of these channels will definately keep you in touch with current events, teams and TF/SF's going on.
*Level 50 chat is an invite only channel. You must have a level 50 character as a requirement. For invite, please contact me, @Nezz, or other chat mods, @Vixen Healer, @Tex Mech, @xXHalfSliceXx or others (sorry those I forgot, post to add more) to get it. No Purchase required. Enter as many times as you like. NCSoft is not responsible for any interactions that go on in the Level 50's chat channel as its awesomeness, sexiness, humurious and epicness are out of thier control. i too am currently running on redside thanxs inpart for I17 and demon summoning ! And on a side note I will invite any lvl villain to team with me cuz i read what Kornbredd said about teaming and it inspired me! So come on folks we always gripe about not enough people on guardian so lets get them teams a going and remember! Me And The Capn. Make It Happen!™
I have been running redside also. If an offer comes my way, I have been saying yes, unless S.T.E.A.L. is in play. We have been having alot of fun over here on this server. You all are a great bunch to play with.

I must say I too have been having a ball teaming with any and everybody especially on redside! I mean I never saw so many ppl and of course its bcuz of I17 and demon sumoning but who cares,tyvm! Now Capn I have had several chances teaming with you and I must say sir, you run one helluva team and its awesome you and the capn indeed make it happen! U know people luv the teaming too and are courteous, respectful, help ya out with whatever you need even influence/infamy or recipes. The past couple of days I have taken random lowbies(anywhere from 2-25) and bought them a complete set of DO/SO's and IO's when available just to be nice, bcuz I remember when I first played this game back in 2004 and someone completely unknown to me did the same for me. Just paying it forward ppl. Thanks for the great effort everyone and lets keep it up! I'm so proud of redside, now lets fix the redside economy! lol

Well, I can say that there's at least 1 new player on this server, namely me!
I was a beta player that played for the 1st year of CoH and I took a rather...long... break but I'm back for a spin and just rolled a new toon here (since I used to play here back in the good ole days). The game feels very different yet still familiar, but I do feel quite lonely!

Which side's a good side to start playing on ,and also what are some rare archetypes for the server? If the server's top heavy on a certain type then I'm all for playing a less played one and getting suggestions and tips for it.
Guardian is a good server with lots of good players here. We're also newbie friendly. If you hook yourself up with the Guardian chat channel, you'll be sure to hook up with some quality helpful players. But mind you, we're a bit on the loony side, but that's a good thing.
