Nictus Romulus?
It's either Nicti or Nictuseseses. Depends on whether you're using the Latin or the Looney Toons.
And I'm pretty sure you can't, unless they are included in the Nictus Romulus critter. It's a special encounter and we can't do those yet.

the possibly didnt include those for the same reason they did not include the cimeroran surgeons (think of how many poeple would put in the healing nictus as an ally, ect)
I'd always assumed they didn't include the Cimeroran Surgeons because you could easily spike them in one or two hits and they have absolutely no attacks to defend themselves with or mez resistance to speak of, which would result in a much more effective farming exploit than anything other than the Hami organelle farms that were killed in i15 (which also only healed and had no attacks, but gave boss-class rewards).

That was my understanding of the reason why the surgeons were removed; they were essentially helpless. They do not spawn even if you put in generic Cimerorans as a standard group.

true even though they are only minions

i think a previous example of an entity that was removed due to the same type of thing was the green mitos (an old AE exploit involved using them in a mish with the map set to spawn no higher than lvl 49 and when the mitos were 49 they had no attack but only sat there and healed themselves and each other)
I have not checked to see whether the Nictus AVs are available under the Nictus enemy group. I doubt they're there either. At any rate, thanks!

What I want are the unbound nictus. But I can't find those anywhere.

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.

- none of the nictus AVs are available
- cyst crystals are also unavailable (they used to be available as a destructible object but were removed for reasons not known to me)
- all forms of unbound nictus are also unavailable for reasons not known to me

The Proto Shadow Cyst Crystal is available as a destructible. It doesn't spawn fluffies or explode but looks like a cyst crystal.

I believe they are tied to the crystals, and can't spawn on their own. They despawn if you destroy their crystal. |
as for the unbound stuff, thats what i was thinking too, but was unsure specifically why they werent listed

Is there any way to spawn Nictus Romulus with his Nictuses?
Or is it Nicti? I will not rest until I find out.
