SS/Shield Build ?

i need a good SS/Shield build never built one before id love to get it softcap but i don't know what IO's to use any help would be greatly appreciated

i cant install MIDS hero designer everytime i try it says something about an error and i cant install the frame work cause of some reason any idea maybe why ?

Do you have admin privs on the box you are installing to? That might be the kicker for getting the framework installed.

Easily. 48% ranged, 53% melee, 49% AoE. Expensive build.. lotta TF's for merits...

Says .net framework 2.0 is not supported on a 64 bit operating system and i click run as admin but nothing im running windows 7 64 bit
