Dual blades bugged ?

Not that I'm aware of (though I don't play melee sets); do you have an ability on auto-cast that causes redraw?
If it is a bug, I know that there is a way to turn off specific sounds by editing the game files; I'm not sure how to turn that particular sound off ottomh though. If nobody has answered you're question more definitively by tomorrow, I'll do a little digging.

Yea, seams like as we kill groups of mobs between the killsit happens every time I move a few feet to the next mob . Caint stand all of the sound, so I'll move back to my fire storm cor

Explaning how to busting open the .pig files for eveyone I hunt with would take ages.
I would strongly advise against editing the PIGG files, or anything else, for a strategic benefit in game.
I don't believe you would be capable of doing so...but either way, don't do it.
