High Collar:No-cape option
They added the fur shoulders from the Bolero as an individual piece, so I don't see why not. If they took the rigid piece from the high-collar cape and removed the flexible part (not sure how easy this would be, but I doubt it would be earth-shatteringly difficult), it would make an excellent shoulder piece.

Srsly, where can I find it? Despite spending hours after hours designing new costumes, I never saw a shoulder fur option (without magic bolero, that is).
I would love a shoulder fur for dudes...I want to make a hunter!

It's call Magic Robe and can be found just under epaulets in the shoulder option for any top that can use epaulets (Baggy, Shirts, Robes, Jacket and trench coat)
Yes please! Very yes please! I would adore this super much!
Allowing it as an alternative, or addition, to the fur shoulders on the magic bolero might be neat, too. I know from pre-not-allowed-to-do-that screencaps that it does look good with the fur shoulders, and I always wonder if it would cover the same edges if the fur were removed.
Can we have a no-cape option for high collars. So, we basically get a customizable high collar (basic/arcane/occult). That way, we can get really close to a Sherlock Holmes-style cape like this. Also, this. I think it isn't that hard to implement, right??
Also, while we're at it, can we have a Tweed pattern for high collar and capes, too?? kthnx
