Currently,on Victory the PvP zones are either empty or close to it. Arena duels are few and far between. However, hopefully with VFN and PvP University we can spark some interest and get some new players introduced to PvP.
As far as pvp focused SGs/VGs I would point you in the direction of Barnyard Heroes, they are a close group of friends who used to zone pvp almost daily on Victory however are spending most of their time on Freedom now.
