The idea behind my few changes was slightly more defence so the first debuff wont put me under the softcap, saving a fortune by removing the Panacea set, improving single target damage and exemping by picking Charged Brawl over Chain Induction, and using no BoTZ sets in protest at how unhappy I am with the nerf.

On the plus side this build is miles better than what I run now, though at about 3 or 4 times the cost.

According to mids I have:
Regen:284%
Recovery:3.52/s (Plus Performance Shifter proc)
End Use:0.93/s
Recharge:157.5 (With Hasten)
DDR: 95% (With perma-double stacked Active Defence)

Questions:
Can anyone see anything I can tweak to improve it?
How good is the Force Feedback: Chance for +Recharge proc, and would it be best off in Shield Charge where it will hit more targets, but be used on average 50% less?

I don't think the FF proc works in SC because it's a pseudopet. Anyway it's better on TS even if it works on SC because you'll use TS more often.

Good point Kioshi, I didn't think of that.

My hopefully last set of questions are regarding 2 slots that currently hold the Regenerative Tissue unique and the Force Feedback recharge proc. You can also possibly extend it to the Numina +/+ as well.

Basically what would be the most effective way of using these IO's, if at all.

Currently I have Numina +/+ and Regenerative Tissue in True Grit, but would a pure heal IO do a better job? Would I be better served with saving up for the Panacea proc?

And same with the Force Feedback proc, I have slagged it off so much in the past that I am not sure I can convince myself of its use, would that slot be better off in either True Grit or Health holding a heal IO or the Panacea proc?

I know the enhancing the uniques thing is fixed/due to be fixed and that mids isn't showing it right, so any help would be appreciated. I am biting the bullet and handing out pretty much all my inf on this build so want to get it as good as I possibly can

I got some more recharge and recovery and swapped some attack slotting round to make better use of the Hecatomb proc:

The only thing I am really thinking about now is would I be better served with the Force Feedback proc or the Panacea proc. Or as before ignoring the procs and concentrating on Heal IO's?

Thankfully the Force Feedback proc is dirt cheap so at least I will be able to test it out while saving for the Panacea proc

After noticing on the test server that mids is calculating the DDR differently to how it is working in game I need to make a few changes.

Currently mids says Battle Agility should be giving me 28.8% DDR, but it is actually giving 22.59%! Thats 6.21% DDR I need to find.

To make matters worse mids says my Active Defence should give 33.4% DDR, but it is actually giving 32.93%, which is only 0.47% out, but double stack that and it becomes another 1%.

That means I need to find 7.15% DDR from somewhere

Can anyone help?

In light of the above I have sacrificed the Force Feedback proc and 5 slotted Active Defence! I also decided that with endurance being a concern I would go for the Panacea proc above the Regenerative Tissue proc:

Isn't slotting Active Defense to enhance the Def Debuff Res through HOs being nerfed/fixed soon? I remember reading that it was, perhaps I'm mistaken or whoever told me that was.

I hope not!

I have asked about it several times and never seen anything conclusive either way really. But the general thought seemed to be that it was either not going to be fixed for a good while, or had become a feature.

To be honest if they do fix it then a lot of the HO's will become a whole lot less popular.

I don't think it's become a feature, but I do agree that it probably won't be fixed for a while.

It's also possible they fix it by making it unstackable as opposed to unenhanceable. If it were up to me, that's what I would do.

Sorry to bump this but I have now got my bid up for the PvP IO (316th in the queue ) and with i17 around the corner I am likely to have to do this respec soon, and I would prefer not to do it twice.

Can anyone see a way to sqeeze an extra bit of anything out of it? Cost is no object, I will probably even buy as many PvP IO's as needed if you use those.

Something has changed in i17 relating to HO's.

When I planned my build with 5 HO's in Active Defence I went to the test server (Pre-i17) to make sure I had my numbers right before burning my respec. I can't quite remember what DDR it should be giving me but I am only getting 34.43% out of it (After finally getting my last HO's today), which is less than planned and not enough to give me 95% DDR after all my planning

*grumble*

So I am left at 91.44% and wondering what to do.

Will the 3.66% DDR loss make a huge impact in your level of play?

I know half the fun is just topping out these numbers, but if the absolute best you can hope for still gives you a 5% chance for failure, what's another 3.66% If it's going to fail, it's going to fail despite your best efforts to prevent it otherwise. I think the value you've attained is pretty impressive, and in the grand scheme of AV battling or just general farming (which I assume is the purpose of your toon) I don't think you'll miss the DDR that much.
