I've been hoping for "fallen angel wings" for ages. A dark aura that I could put around my usual angel wings would fill that role nicely, though of course what I'd really fangirlsqueal about would be a new wing model for tattered, dirty, possibly-bone-exposing feathered wings. Two and a half styles of feathered wings (plus the cherub wings which I'm not really counting due to their ridiculous size) is SO not enough, especially when we have like twice as many membranous styles, three of which are unlockable through invention alone instead of as veteran awards and booster packs like the feathered ones are.
Also, a "molting feathers" aura would be great!
I'd love to just have aura wings! Glowie energy style wings!

Wing auras is something BABs (I think it was him, it's been a while) has discounted as a possibility, as it appears we can have auras separate from wings, so each wing aura needs to be a wholly unique set of wings with its own aura. Not impossible, but messy, as far as I'm aware. That's old information, though.
That said, I have to cast my vote for "aura-only" wings. Wings of fire, wings of light, wings of darkness... Frozen wings would be cool, but that's not necessarily an aura. Basically, this would be a sprite aura in the shape of wings, but without the 3D model for wings underneath it, so they look ethereal and not physical.

I do remember that there was a stink about Burned Wings having an aura people didn't want, and it was then that it was explained how wings can't be modular like other costume pieces. Currently, Burned Wings simply unlock two wing models - one with the aura, one without the aura. I assume this is how wing auras will have to work.

Not to bury a new suggestion is this thread, but can we please get a new "folding wings" animation? Something that, when we land, shows the wings fold up and press flat (more or less) against our backs? Running around with two wings sticking out like they do now doesn't look realistic. It looks wierd to me. If they could get them to lay flat, they'd look more like real wings and also cover our backs like a cape.
I would like to see wings of stone..just because.

I know there's a couple for the ones you make make from costume pieces but I was wondering if we could get some more customization options for wings.
I would like to see the angel wings have maybe a stone option. Maybe an ice option for them. IDK it would just allow more character customization for your character. I know this isn't to realistic but it would be cool to make a gargoyle character or something.
