Please help!
your video drivers are showing corrupt. if you can get it to boot in safe mode, you may be able to fix it.
Yep, the area where your video driver info should be is blank... that means something's wrong with them.

As you can see it doesn't list anything about your video card... that's a big red letter that something's wrong. Try uninstalling your video card drivers, run a driver cleaner app (sorry, don't have a url offhand) and get the latest drivers from either Nvidia or ATI depending on which video card you have. That ought to correct your problems.
That section should list your video card, for example "Nvidia 9600GS" or whatever, the memory on the video card, the driver version and all that good stuff.

Hmm, I uninstalled my graphics card via safemode, I assume that's why it isn't showing up. When I had it on it wouldn't load windows for some reason, once I uninstalled them it let me right in

You need to install the latest video drivers for your graphics card, if you have an Nvidia card get them from here. If you have an ATI card get them from here. Get the drivers that match your operating system and graphics card.
Without drivers for your graphics card trying to do anything beyond web browsing and word processing is futile.

That's because they were corrupted; by uninstalling them you're using the built-in windows drivers which severely limit the abilities of the graphics card. By "severely limit" I mean roughly the level of a low end graphics card from the early 1990's... there's no way COH will run.

Well I've updated all my drivers, and have been able to get into CoH for about 15 minutes before I froze, and instead of my mouse blinking it was as if someone threw different colors of paint all over my pocket d screen. I don't know how to fix this freezing and graphical problem =(

sounds like your video card is on the way out. that or your motherboard. if you have a video card that you know works, try switching it out and see what happens.

If you are getting coloured artifacts on the screen then your vid card is either overheating or faulty. Clean all the dust from the cards fan etc. and try it, if you still get problems then you need a new card.
CoH has been working fine for the last 3 years for me, but 2 weeks ago I loaded up CoH and it froze. My cursor started blinking and shortly after I couldn't move it. I couldn't alt-tab, Ctrl+alt+delete, click the windows up button thing. I eventually, after 10 minutes of just staring at a frozen log-in screen forced my computer off with the button of death! I basically redid that and it happened again. The third time I tried to load up windows it wouldn't go! It froze right after the black windows loading screen and right before showing me the user accounts. I continued to get this problem, but eventually gave up and went on my vacation. I returned yesterday to get this same problem I had, I was able to system restore before this started happening and try to play CoH again, but every time I loaded it up and got in it froze, the cursors started blinking, I couldn't move it anymore and had to force a shut down. At this point my drivers were up to date and everything, I uninstalled the old ones. Now, the only way I was able to get into windows was uninstalling my graphic card through safe mode. Please help, I don't know what is happening!!!
By the way, I have an Nvidia Geforce 8500 GT.
