mids hero designer for mac

I'm pretty sure that the Mids' code guys are/were working on a cross platform or at least separate version of Mids' for Mac.
I've seen alot of forums posts, for people asking how to get some type of hero designer for a mac. I've found two different ways; one way is going thru suckerpunch online, but you don't get the stats and comparisons and all the good stuff that mids hero designer has. Me personally, I like Mids Hero Designer, but I've heard good things about Titan too. Which brings me to the second way, which is to get Crossover. I just got the trial for thirty days and it crosses over window programs to mac. So you install crossover and then when u get something which requires windows u download it thru crossover and it works.

But, yes, the quickest and dirtiest way to get Mac for Mids is to get some program that either runs a parallel or sandboxed OS on your machine and run from there. Of course, these programs can cost some money, so there's still a reason to push for some cross platform development.

Be sure and try Mids that way for sure if you haven't already. Mids requires the .Net framework, and I'm not certain Crossover supports that (tho I could be off base since I haven't owned a Mac since my original 128K first edition.)

Yes, that would be me (other Mids' team members are on the currently functional version, rather than the we-promise-it'll-happen version). Of course, between school and job, I've honestly had little time to work on the project.

I haven't forgotten about it, I promise.

But I also make no guarantees about a release date.
Progress updates can be viewed at User:Fleeting Whisper/Tease. You'll note that the most recent update posted to my wiki page was September 13. Yeah, that's about how much time I've had to work on it recently.

(Edit: Got my most recent version up there; now it's November 4)
Actually, I have made one fairly significant change since then... I should probably put it up on my wiki page... *runs off*
