Incarnates: wishful thinking.
they made it clear that incarnate levels were different from normal levels, and that incarnate levels could only be used if you buy GR
I'm pretty sure that they said the "first" of ten levels. You don't get the other 9 until I19.

Yup, what he said...
I believe it was Positron who stated that leveling up, as we know it now, ends at 50 in CoH, period. Since there's been so very little said about Incarnates and the ten levels, speculation at this point is about as accurate as predicting the shape of a forming snowflake.
I think it'll be neat to see what happens, either way...you can never have too many options!
City of Heroes taught me that when the world is burning, you don't just stand by and watch, you grab a fire extinguisher and do whatever you can to stop it-even if it's not much at all. Sign the petition to keep City of Heroes alive HERE.

After watching the PAX East conference, I like many have began to wonder about the Incarnate System.
They stated that we will see the first 10 levels with Going Rogue, but what does this mean?
I present the following as my guess as to what we can expect.
After our heroes have reached level 50, we have no where to "grow." Sure the IO have helped make us, stronger and faster.
Years of many of us asking for level 51 - 60 may finally be paying off.
Incarnates presents us with the ability to continue to level our characters by completing the as of yet new "End Game" material.
I submit that what they are calling the first 10 levels is in fact level 51 - 60, yet smartly added as a type of "re-roll" of our characters.
So please respond positive or negative. We will all find out soon enough that I am right.
