Deleting my most decorated Toon....RIP EM/Regen

OK, so, I posted a bit back about "possibly" deleting my once favorite toon, em/regen stalker.
I gave it another chance, as some suggested i may get used to it again since i was previously spoiled.
The answer is no, i am not going to get used to it. I'm still spoiled and simply no longer enjoy EM/ and have decided it's time to free up the slot after having given it another go. The toon simply feels entirely clunky without the old ET to the face i grew to love so much.
My only real hold up has been, not just that its a lvl 50 toon.....but it is my highest badge count toon. By a fair amount. I spent alot of time on the toon and hope to find a new combo that I can enjoy again.

Im thinking of going elec/regen....wondering if there are any reasons I shouldn't?
IE is there one power set or the other(both?) that you would change and why?

I would suggest just tranfering it to another server. I know pvp sucks on all servers but freedom but you could maybe go Virtue for easy RV kills for io's.

I know spending the money to xfer sucks, maybe u can hold out till its free again?

I can see rolling a new one but there is no way I would delete. Every time they touch pvp it swings power sets all over the place. Don't get rid of a toon you may want back soon.

I'm keeping some pretty awful toons in case they are magically FoTM somehow.

Infinity and Victory mostly
dUmb, etc.
lolz PvP anymore, Market PvP for fun and profit

I'm with Slax here.
I kept my sonic/therm through the "healers suck because of DR" days, my spines/regin stalker was laughable all through i12 when i rolled it (got it to 50 during i13) but after pvp io's came out it became a pretty beastly toon, and my necro/storm with full accolades is just sitting in an obscure server waiting for the day it may become viable once more; same thing with my fire/sr brute, except he's now softcapped for lolpve.

Dark is decent-ish in duels when paired with some primaries (Fire, Sonic, Rad, Elec).
