Last I checked, procs would sometimes fire on the caster when used with Lightning Rod.

They've fixed LR. I have it 6 slotted with oblitz, and the proc now effects baddies, not moi.

Elprede- 50 Blaster Ice/elec
Flaron Llothren- 50 Tank Ice/SS
Technic Flame- 50 Controller Fire/kin
Lance Indalen- Brute 50 Em/elec
Heart widow- Widow 50
