I can think of one man who can help you. But, bear in mind what you ask for is a service. Expect the 10% that you'd see with WW at least. [Not that WW/BM can cross the blue/red boundary, but that's the point.]
If I had any interest in Villains, I'd do it.

I've been holding the 1:1 ratio (not counting my service charge) for a long time, but given the large amount of mastermind infamy that's entered the system I may need to tweak it .
... of course, the mastermind infamy might explain why I (and Dumpleberry) are holding so much infamy and so little influence.

I have a mastermind. Why is she not rolling in infamy? What am I missing?
That said, I have a lot of influence on Virtue and not as much infamy, so I could do a 1:1 trade at the moment too.
