I recently got a rad/mental blaster to 50 and it was a lot of fun. Once you get into the 30s and above it becomes a real AOE monster.

I will third this and say that I've enjoyed the nice synergy between these two. Having multiple cone AoEs is really nice when you're in a team setting, and the set has pretty nice single target attack chain as well. Throw in the mez/damage that's cosmic burst and the great stuff from secondary (save scare, you can skip that), and you have a very nice and fun to play blaster.

Would you guys recommend drain psyche or stamina at level 20?
Let me chime in for Rad/Fire for sick amounts of PBAoE (and AoE) damage. Not a combination for the feint of heart however.

Stamina. It's more consistent. Drain Psyche is for icing and the debuff.

So I've played a rad/kin corrupter to 50 but it didn't float my boat so much so I've decided to reroll as a rad blaster. The only blaster secondary I've played extensively is ice manipulation and while it does rock hard indeed I'm doubting its synergy with radiation blast. Could anyone direct me to a good secondary for rad? Thanks everyone.
