You can't use the internal updater to upgrade Mids'. You have to download and install the new version manually.
It can be found on www.cohtitan.com, or this direct link: http://www.cohplanner.com/download.php
Make sure you run it as an administrator if you're using Windows Vista or 7.

Yeah I'm using the CoH Planner and am on the administrator but on installation a popup tells me there's an "Error opening the file for writing", with the Abort, Retry or Ignore options. This is about a third of the way through the installation by the way.
Anyone having this problem or got any other ideas on how to solve it. Thanks for the replies guys, I appreciate it.

EDIT: Hmm...I just saw that you said you were running as administrator. Are you saving the file and running it locally on your machine? If not, try to do it that way instead of running it through your browser.

I have a queestion wich was probably answered somewhere on the forms and i just couldn't find it. I'm having trouble downloading the new version of mids, im using the coh planner when I do. It shows errors with an abort, retry or cancel option. Is there another link somewhere that works? Even the last version before this one would work for me, I dont have he DP's so unless there are some major changes I woulldnt need the new version.....I only use it for pvp builds and lost last version do to a comp whipe. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
