Time card codes

I am looking for a website that sells time card codes. Not time cards, but like... I'd pay for the time card, and they'd email me the code. I have googled, but none of the results look legit; they all look like RMT fronts. Has anyone here purchased a legit code from a site?

Alternately, if anyone has a 30 or 60 day time card laying around, I can paypal you money for it.

I have a friend whose account is lapsing and would like to give him an extra little bit because City is his only hobby at the moment. He's having a rough financial period, like many people; I am doing OK right now and can afford a splurgey no-reason gift.

I think just about any such site would be RMT or a scam. Your best bet would be to buy a physical card and email your friend the code, or mail him the whole card.

That requires driving somewhere other than straight to work and straight home. *wrinkles nose* And before you mention online purchases, those take days to get here and his account expires in a day and a half, and I'd prefer not to have his playtime interrupted.

I have seen posts here about people buying time codes before, I just can't seem to find the right variables for search to bring up any site names.

Worst comes to worst, I can buy some physical cards from Amazon.com but I'd rather do online.

The second one is an RMT site for sure, they are advertising influence on their home page. The first one I saw as well, but don't know if it's legit or not. I saw several others.

If you don't mind stopping at a corner store you can buy a $25 prepaid visacard , then you can call or email your friend with all the card info, its easy, I've done it before.
