The same can be said for a LOT of contacts blueside. If not all of them.
Cellphone needs to be given out quickly, especially if they have trans-zone missions.

Gordon in croatoa needs a new cell phone plan. He needs to give out his cell phone number after the end of the first mission or so. This should be a fairly simple fix.
