Nothing's changed with either binds or the fly poses. I don't know what the problem would be.
Give these binds a try and see if it works better for you.

ok thanks Oldeb. I logged back out and in again, and still not working. The code in the link you gave is the same as what's in my bind. I even tried typing in
/e flypose2
directly to the chat window and that's not working either. very strange.
You have to be flying forward for the pose to work.

Just be to clear: you must already be flying and have 'auto fly' (AKA auto run) active in order to use the flypose emotes.

Ya, had autofly on when I tried the flypose command.
Flyposes are incompatible with certain powers - for example, Dispersion Field and Sonic Dispersion will cause flypose emotes not to work. Try turning all powers off (except Fly!) and see if that resolves the problem.

Sounds like VelRahn was just trying to reuse the flypose binds that were already set up on pre-existing characters. Why's everyone so quick to assume they weren't being properly or with (relatively new) powers that interfere with the poses?
That being said I can't really offer any other reasonable suggestions. I have characters which have had those flyposes bound to for years that just used them yesterday. As far as I know nothing's been changed about them. *shrugs*
