Considering there are no unlockables for Thugs MMs, I doubt there are any for DP characters.

BAB was working on it. Had a whole suggestion thread. But it didn't make it out in time for DP's early release (after all, the original timeline was a second quarter release).
So, maybe for I17 or some interim patch before GR is released. Maybe with Demon Summoning.

As far as costume unlocks goes, too bad there are no plans for any kind of holsters, since my character would definitely benefit from a couple of Lara Croft style thigh holsters.
They could add a "super soaker" water pistol, as an unlock.
That way, it matches a suitable appearance with the sets mediocre damage.
