Yes, broken. It's been a known bug for at least a year. Zero comment from the devs. They're basically pretending the problem doesn't exist, just like with all bugs. So if I'd have to guess when it will be fixed, the safest guess is never.
I have a pm from castle saying it should be an easy fix. Its dated 8-3-9. So they are fully aware of the problem and how it works.

Could someone tell me if the placate pro in psy is actually broken or is this working as intended? The reason I am asking is this, I seem to be getting placated every single time when fighting psy blasters.
So if it is working as intend, then I think that it is a tad 'too much' and if it is broken, when can we expect a fix?
