Have you already made over one purchase from the store today?
Have you bought for multiple accounts?

There is a throttle that limits the number of the same item you are allowed to buy in a 24 hour period.
ETA: (on the same credit card)

I'm running into a "Product distribution failed" message, although they still charge my card. I'm assuming it's just the rush.

I'm getting this error as well, I called in, but they told me it was paypal... I called PayPal at length and made sure. They confirmed it wasn't then, and the records I got confirm that... I've e-mail about the issue with information and numbers and crap and willy hopefully get to the bottom of all this... but yeah... did anyone else manage to fix it?

I figured out mine long ago. if you use Paypal, make sure your account has been confirmed.
