Ah ha! Mediocre? I like all the AoE in dual pistols you can get some debuff sizzle going on. I think dual pistols is better suited to defenders than it is to blasters!

Toxic rounds are for AV fights. You can stack around 25-37.5% damage debuffing on a single target if you go out of your way for it. Pair it with dark miasma and you're a winner. For reducing the damage of regular mobs your best bet is to use standard ammo and spam bullet rain for its 50% chance of knockdown.
Just for those of us too lazy to try it out on test...
So Chem rounds do -Dam, Incendiary do extra DoT, and Cold do -Recharge and -Spd?

I can't get the idea of making a Trick Arrow/Dual Pistols character out of my head now. Its been a while since I played a Defender, I've been too busy Stalking amongst other things.
