1 a team leader that knows what is going on and can explane it to there team can't get into zone. 2 evreyone not listening and won't put request in a seperate tab because they are too busy talking to there buddy that they usually talk to on a global channel. 2) If there's an honest effort and everyone knows what's involved, the level o' effort and the like, then there's usually very little chatter/banter durin' the growin' pains stage due to everyone extremely busy tryin' to stay alive and keepin' others the same. The chatter/banter will come when it's basically on auto and everyone knows what to do. At least that's what I've seen durin' the aforementioned stage on Champion.

I'd like to extend my thanks to all of the heroes here visiting from Champion with the intention of being helpful and supportive. It is definitely appreciated and those I've had the pleasure to chat with have been delightful.
I think I will reciprocate and come visit Champion! 
Thank you everyone from Champion for offering to help us return to the Hami Raids. Those of us that are serious about the raids appreciate any advice or help that you are willing to give.

Our guests from Champion asked me last night when we might be ready. I say we set a time/date that corresponds with their schedule and we enter the hive for some schooling.
Let's get back to being heroes!
Our Raid nights on Champion are generally Sundays also, so some o' us might not be able to transfer over at that time. That shouldn't stop you from tryin', by any means as this is your shindig, I'm just passin' the word along.

Someone started an impromptu raid last night at 9 or 10 PST. Had 2 full teams but I was too sleepy to help out. Anyone know how well they did?
