The Golden Age Secret of the Paragon Society Arc#344596 by @Wrong Number.

This arc is a very good homage to the golden age of comics. The contact is one of the most memorable that you will encounter. The arc is written in such a way as to make the way that comic books were written back then not seem stupid or cliched, (which, if you read other books that supposedly hearken back to that period, is harder to do than it seems), and it ties what happened in the past to a compelling story occurring in the present.

The author deserves a Developer's Choice.

I agree completely. This arc is definitely worthy of a Dev's Choice as is the author. She has proved to be very versatile by writing comedy arcs that really brighten my day and now two serious arcs, both of which I think are worthy of a Dev's Choice.

I would like to nominate @Soul Storm's Duplicity

Arc ID: 85847

Level Range: 45-54
Morality: Neutral

Contact: Romulus, the Warshade

Description: Romulus the Warshade has stumbled across a situation that needs your help specifically. Will you help him draw out possibly one of the deadliest villains of our time?

Excellent arc, enough attention has been paid to canon, and the author has skilfully avoided delving into the thin lore regarding Kheldians. As a result, he manages to tell an interesting story with a twist.

It's duoable, perhaps not soloable except on certain characters but then this is a high-end arc as opposed to a starter.

There are mixtures of objectives, none of which grate (in fact, they are great ), and enough warning is given to 'find some friends' before the more taxing missions.

Evil by Inches
@Oubliette
349967

Description: When a sinister villain plots to infect the village of Astoria Hills and sets in motion a plot to unravel the very minds of Paragon City and shaking their trust to the core, proving even heroism can be turned to evil by degrees, especially when done in the name of the "greater good."

Very engaging story arc. I loved it.

I would like to suggest:

Outbroken
ID - 379017
@Aehaed

This arc is a fun, creative story that is very well-written. It is a great arc for new heroes to play. Think of Outbroken as a follow up to Outbreak. I loved the custom group "New Heroes" and the great humor that is sprinkled throughout the NPC dialog.

The arc is just challenging enough to be fun. The last mission is a very creative race against the clock.
