Guide to endurance?
they would all say the same thing, learn to manage your end at low levels. stamina is NOT required. slot with acc and end reduction or acc and damage or all three. find the right attack chains that use less end per fight. if you do grab stamina, put a performance shifter: +end io in it. and so on and so forth.
Something to keep in mind is that the Perf Shifer proc is not unique, you can have multiples and it fits into any power that takes end mod, which includes a fair bit of the electric powers among others.
And a guideline I've been told from teh pre-IO days was one End Reduc IO in an attack pays for one toggle.

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.

If you slot P.Shift. proc in a power, when it triggers, it gives endurance to the target of the power, which in the case of attacks is to the enemy.

Basically, don't do that. Slot P.Shift. procs in self, ally, and self+ally powers.

You can take a look at wiki too.
Is there any truly comprehensive guide to endurance on the forums? Preferably something with math/details on recovery rates, end reduc., powers that help with end management, etc. etc.
