The Sara Moore Task Force is a hero Task Force that is part of the Shadow Shard storyline. The Task Force is started off by Sara Moore in Cascade Archipelago. Many of the missions take place in the Shard, but a few are placed in Paragon City itself.
The level is 40-50, minimum team size (according to wiki) is 8.
