Go into your Master Account and select the game account that you wish to apply the code to.
Click "Upgrade" and then when it prompts you for the serial code, enter it. Then follow the prompts to apply it.
I found a CoV Collector Edition after the merger and it worked fine. The time will stack with your current time so no need to lapse your account.
WARNING: Make sure that you are not loaded into the game at all when applying the serial code.

It will stack with the games 'merged'. Because it is a 'unique' Box code. Whereas there are a couple Box codes that I dont think stack anymore. But that is just supposition on my part. I think that my son tried to stack two Standard Edition codes (a CoH and a CoV) that I had lying around, and I believe he had some problems with that, but it's been a while since he did it.
Back to the point; being that the CoV CE has unique items attached to it, it is a different kind of code, and will stack with the CoH CE.

IIRC, once you've applied a "premier" version code for either game (and I think GvE counts as one) you can't use the standard/original codes anymore. I know this has been an issue for people trying to use the CoV standard box code, at least.

Well I'm at a predicament and I've not gotten a reply from the NCSoft/PlayNC Support team so I thought I'd try you guys!
I went to Zavvi.co.uk and bought the City of Villains: Collectors Edition for £2.95 (free delivery) which is an absolute bargain if you consider everything you get in it!
Part of the package is the 30 day time card. Only thing is, it instructs me to upgrade my account and use the code, which I presume is invalidated because the games are merged?
So my question is do I just try to apply the code to my account or how do I go about getting that time on my account? Also, does it stack with my current active subscription or should I let my account lapse then apply the code?
