Spine/fire scrapper IO build

I don't want any purples and want to make him a beast against AVs and on teams as well, can anyone help me out?

No matter the build, spines won't be a "beast" against AV's.

I have noticed a lack of fire armor posts/guides/advice. could it be that it's the least popular armor, unless paired with spines*?
