Do endurance enhancers enhance regen procs?

If I put a Regenerative Tissue proc in Physical Perfection, and slot it for recovery, does that increase the regeneration provided by the proc?

No.

Short answer, no.

Longer answer, still no. Procs have a set effectiveness that's independent of other enhancements or archetypes. Damage procs will deal increased damage as you gain levels, but endurance and health procs will always grant same results {health, in this case, scaling to a portion of your maximum HP}.

Incorrect.

You can put a Regenerative Tissue proc in Physical Perfection and slot it for heal, that will increase the regeneration provided by the proc.

You can also put a Miracle proc in Physical Perfection and slot it for endmod, that will increase the recovery provided by the proc

Carrying on for the sake of completeness: -

A Numina's Convalescence proc in Physical Perfection will have its regen enhanced by heal slotting and recovery enhanced by end mod slotting.

Panacea's proc in PvE is completely unaffected by slotting since it has a 'chance for set value' heal/end. Go into PvP and the heal portion is replaced by a regen boost like the rest of the heal uniques and is enhanced by heal slotting.

huh.. I could have sworn this was not the case, but looking ingame, you are correct... Numinas slotted in health.... base regen of 0.42%.. should only give 0.084%, but it's reporting 0.14%; which is correct if you factor in a 63.1% enhancement value (and then rounding).
