Enhancement Location
Founder's Falls.
Why use DOs at level 35 though? you should upgrade to SOs
I'm assuming you are on the hero side.
The Natural trainer is in Founders Falls in the sewer system under a building.
It's a contact - Agent Six - If I remember correctly. You will have to run a mission for her before she will sell you stuff. I usually take it and drop it.
If you need help finding her, post what server you are on and I'll head over and help you find her.
No worries about thinking you're asking a silly question. Once you get past level 30, there isn't a standard store for purchasing enhancements. Instead, you have to talk to a specific contact and do one mission to unlock their store, after which they'll sell you enhancements.
For natural origin, you'll need to find Agent Six in Founders' Falls. She's located in a tunnel of the Gaspee neighborhood. You can use the following information to help find her location:

One other thing you might consider doing, since you're at a good level, is consider using IO enhancements instead of SOs for the rest of your journey to 50. They'll never expire and actually give you better bonuses than SOs.
Oh, and welcome to the forums.

Thank you! I did find Agent Six and picked up her mish. My character is a defender and while I'm good at healing/buffing, I can't solo for squat, and there wasn't much "team action" that night (it was a Tuesday evening). I'll just drop the mish and go pick up some enhancements.
And, yes, I guess SO would be the way to go. Maybe when I have more time to craft some myself. WW didn't have a thing for auction at the time.
My work/homemaker/mommy life does not allow me much time do dedicate to fine-tuning that I would like.
Thanks again for the replies!
Good luck. Have fun.
I also didn't think to look at the Wiki pages..
The children have stolen my brain....
For levels 35+, there are also two/three sells everything/buys everything at the best price. The Vanguard base in the Rikti War Zone is no longer restricted, and the store is next to Lady Gray and the Drill Instructor (Trainer). In the Midnighter's Club down the long hall by the crystal sitting at a round table is another store, in and Cimmeroa itself in the Fountain Plaza is another store. Please note these stores have long lists, and lists 35-40, then 45-50, of a given origin before moving to the next.

On a side note, here's a quick reference.. for your future reference.. to help you find specific store locations, organized by detailing type of enhancement, lvl, origin and zone:
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Stores
Put in bids, and then walk away. By the time you get back, the bids will often have filled. There might be nothing for sale when you come back, but somewhere in between someone will have listed something and you will have bought it... and you weren't even online!
Try putting in bids on SO's for dirt cheap, like 2,500 inf. It may take a long time, but if you're not logged in then what do you care? People who play 8 hours a day every single day can't stand to wait a few days for a bid to fill. You can! Use that to your advantage.
A level 25 IO is about the same as an SO, which is much better than a DO. Higher level IO's are even better. If you look in the market you might see them priced at 200,000 or 300,000 or even more. Put in a bid at 50,001 and wait a few days. See what happens. That's only a little more than an SO would cost, but you never need to replace the IO.
And you know what else? If you buy an extra IO at 50,001, then you can turn around and resell it for 149,000... and it will probably sell overnight! Profit! (Depending on the IO of course. Something like a level 20 immobilize is mostly worthless, but a level 30 heal bounces up and down in price every day).

PeterPeter: Wow! I never thought of it that way! Yay me for having 5 kids and the mess that comes along with them!
I would again like to thank you all for such kind and helpful posts. Honestly, I was prepared to be flamed for asking such a n00b question seeing as how I have been playing for almost two years. But I used DH like a crutch. LOL! I will pop in more often - DH thanks you in advance for me not peppering him with questions while he's trying to take down the Borg.
Something I might add is regarding the IOs. Common IOs of 35 or higher are better than SOs. Since a lot of people craft them to earn the crafting badges, there can be numbers of them dumped on the market at times.
I'd put in some bids for what IOs you want, but I'd stay at 35+. You can slot SOs if you like, then replace them with these IOs as the SOs turn yellow or whatever. Once you have the IOs slotted, you don't need to do anything - they won't become any less effective as you level (i.e. won't turn yellow or red) and so you never have to buy any enhancements, except for new powers and slots.
If you have the SOs slotted, just drop low-ish bids for what you want on the market - bid for 5 or 10 of a certain type at once, and as they trickle on the market, you'll start amassing them. Meanwhile you're gaming on your SOs and doing fine.
I think before I'd buy more SOs, though, I'd see what they cost, each, and put a bid on some IOs at that point or a bit lower.
If crafting is something you would consider doing (and some people don't want to bother), you can see what IOs you want, and what salvage they take. Some of them take relatively inexpensive salvage to make, and you get bunches as drops in missions that you can stash in the base storage, in the Vault buildings, or in your market slots. Some recipes people will dump on the market, so you can get a lot of those really cheap, plus you'll have some dropped from missions you may be able to use.
Good luck, and have fun!!

Also, you may want to check on some of the invention sets. If you focus on the more common sets, you can get them fairly cheaply in the late 30s/early 40s, and while you won't get the most stupendous set bonuses, you will get set bonuses -- not to mention the enhancements you slot into each power will typically be more effective.
I've searched the forums and didn't find anything directly answering my question, so forgive me for such a pedestrian question.
I spent quite a lot of time going from zone to zone on CoH looking for a store that sells level 35 dual origin enhancements since my 30s are going stale. I need Natural enhancements. Where do I go?
I asked my husband but since he has abandoned me for STOL, he can't remember and I am a VERY casual/occasional gamer. I asked in broadcast, but no one answered.
Again, I'm sure folks think I'm insane. Sorry 'bout that.
