A friend of mine sometimes requests O2 boost before taking the alpha in spawns with Sappers or Carnies. That's about the only time I've heard it.
And that is understandable but still a touch off my point. In certain specific circumstances it warrants application proactively (which I'd argue the average player doesn't even realize), but not like SB or shields that are generally all the time powers.

As I said above, not exactly my point, they aren't asking for it all the time, just specific missions.
