Do I need to slot for anything else?

Those are solid numbers. Since damage isnt a primary concern on a emp you should be good to go.

You don't really need to make the resists a build goal, as DR will cut that 75-80% down to about 40%. If you can, get 44-45 KB protection, which should be enough to stop Force Bolt (41's enough for Power Push, the next-highest-mag KB attack).

I've had "PVP" toggled in mids. Forgot to turn it off. So all i'll have is the 40% squishies get plus whatever small amount Temp Inv gives.

From the primary I've picked up Fossilize, Animate Stone, and Stalagmites. Am I right in thinking Stalagmites is bugged/overpowered some way in its stun duration?

working as intended just slot it up for stuns, it requires targets be on the ground is the only minus - powerboosted the stun lasts a long time.
