Can't redeem tickets

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything on the subject, here goes...

I was playing o a level 15 toon (XP turned off) and gathered a couple of hundred tickets. Mind you I have no recipes in my inventory. When I went to redeem the tickets I tried to random roll bronze in the 10-14 level range as well as the 15-19 range. I kept getting a message to the effect of "Can not create recipe because your inventory is full".

Now someone told me when this happens to roll random salvage and then you can roll recipes; I think that's a complete waste of tickets but it worked before. Yesterday it would not.

I did /bug it once, but I am rarely online with that toon long enough to wait for in game assistance as I usually get frustrated and move onto something else. Any ideas of what's going on? Can this be fixed or should I just abandon AE altogether?

Have had the same problem and they way I got around it is to log off and log back in, it's a glitch and that seemed to work give it a try and it will save you from having to buy salvage

You can also (I hear) go to another AE building in another zone.
