the simplest way is to open your powers window (click "Powers" at the top of your tray), and then click "Combat Attributes" at the top of that window.
You can display a number of attributes constantly if you right click on an attribute and select "Monitor".

At the top of your powers tray (the tray with the little round icons for your powers), there is are several headers: Powers, Enhancements, Inspirations....
Click "Powers". That should open up a pane at the top of the tray that lists all the powers you have access to. (Powers that you haven't taken in your Primary/Secondary will be grayed out.)
At the top of that window is a header named "Combat Attributes". Click that. It opens up a window that breaks down all of your combat stats under a variety of categories.

Also, if you're already monitoring any stats in the little pop-up box,
you can right-click in there and also open up the full Combat Attributes
screen.

Feel like a true noob AGAIN , but how do you get to see your combat stats ?
I mean the screen with your tohit percentage and damage percentage and so on.
I used to have it on screen next to my map and target but just forgot how I used to get it there :s
Any help ?
