Apart from maybe rocket boots, costume pieces are really really cheap. I'd go buy one for you and give it to you, but considering that a lot of pieces can be had for as little as 100 inf, it's easy enough for you do to it yourself.
Well, if you fly fast enough you create friction. So something like inv would be needed to prevent being burned to a cinder. If your toon flies fast enough that is. Gravity control could be another one. The way you fly is gravity manipulation and all the gravity control powers could be said to be a other effects of the same ability.
Heroes : Angrem (50 Stone tank), Exo Inferis (50 Fire blaster), Exo Proteus (50 ill/emp), IceVengance (50 cold defender)
Villains : AtomBomb (50 Rad/Kin corruptor), Aleks (50 SS/Inv brute), StoneLethal (50 EM/Stone brute), Davroz (50 Bots/Dark mastermind)

One half Gravity, and one-Half fire:
Gravity for levitation and short bursts, jet blasts for sustained flight. Fire assualt is directing the jet blasts at the target, gravity is... gravity.
It's a tech suit, I'll post the costume later, It's very bright and happy for a villain, but then, he's more of a sky-bandit than a villain, especially with the robin-hood bit.

So, I'm looking at all the speedsters in Super-hero-Dom, when I come up with the radical idea to make one of my own. BUT THEN! I come up with an even better idea(Still gonna make a speedster.) Since a speedster is someone who's primary power is radical Good Super Speed (internet Kookie to whoever gets the reference) Then what about a character who's main power is flight? (I'm sure it's been done before, but it's fun!) they'd be a fun character, all about the wild blue yonder and striving for adventure. Now obviously, that's not something easily done in-game, so I need an excuse for the primaries. The justification? RSP .But now I needed more... a costume, powersets, the name, the perfect lok for all the powers, and enough psuedo science and/or magic to make it work
So, cut ahead to me running an awesome TF tonight, hashing out the idea with some friends, new and old. Figure out the power, figure out the costume, figure out the name, the personality, and the technology. what's next, you ask? well......
I Need one costume peice to make it perfect, and would'nt you know it, I have it, but on the wrong side, I need the winged boots for my new Dominater, but have them on my tanker. I'm willing to facilitate a trade, winged boots recipe redside for winged boots recipe blueside, if not that, than any other offer can be made....
Anybody willing to help a man bring his character to full fruition?
