Max Flight Speed?

Is there a max Flight Speed? I was looking at the attributes and it looks like there is, however it seems I've reached the Max speed with just two Flight Enhancements, is this correct???

Yes there is, and yes, Fly (with two SOs)+Swift (unslotted) will put you at that cap.

Yes, that is slower that Super Jump and Super Speed can get. But in return you get perfect 3D movement, where SJ only gives limited vertical movement, and SS gives none at all.
