Is there a max Flight Speed? I was looking at the attributes and it looks like there is, however it seems I've reached the Max speed with just two Flight Enhancements, is this correct???

There are no lvl 53 enhancement sets, even though some sets have lvl 53s listed on the Black Market/Wentworths, there are none available, but there are bids on them.
With that said, It really depends on what you want. If you want to have set bonuses go with IOs, if you're more of a hami user, then go that route. In the long run in my opinion, it's better to go the IO route. You can use both hami's and IOs in your build as well and benefit in both ways..... -
Would someone give me a breakdown between Hami Enhancements vs. level 53 Invention Enhancement Set? Which is better and pros & cons. Thanks in advance.

Ok, I won't claim to understand all that was said, but I got enough of it to play around and figure it out. One last question, is damage resistance part of the defense or it is a seperate cap?

The defense soft cap (45%) is the point where enemies without any +tohit/+accuracy will have only a 5% chance to hit you, which is the minimum possible. Basically, anything beyond 45% is considered mostly only useful as insurance against -defense or +tohit.

I've been out fo the game for a while. Can some explain the current rules reguarding Soft Caps, for Defense? I'm not understanding what I've been told so far.
