Whatever user/password you used to log into these forums should get your CoH account going.
Your master PlayNC account and CoH account can have different usernames/passwords.
You may have set up a PlayNC account, but not a CoH account. Did you input your serial code at any time?

Two possibilities.
First Possibility: You are trying to login to a NA account with a EU version of the game or the other way around. The filenames for the NA versions are cohupdater.exe and citytofheroes.exe. The filenames for the EU versions are cohupdater.eu.exe and cityofheroes.exe.
Second Possibility: You have a password that is longer than 13 characters. When you create or change your password you are allowed to choose one that is longer than 13 characters. However the game client has a limitation of 13 characters so you will get the incorrect password message even if you type it correctly.

I did check password, it's 9 charactrers long. Also was careful about EU and NA versions. I did input serial code, and still geting "incorect username or password".
I sent email to "account support", and waitng now...

I just created CoH account and installed the game, but can't login with my game username and password
