Well purple and black on blue background doesnt look too good...

But I digress...

Youre overslotted on 9% Accuracy bonus so you could take the fourth LotG spot out of any 2 defensive powers and do something else with it. Just removing the slots keeps you over softcap...if you like the buffer to avoid cascading defense failure, just slot a defense IO and call it a day...or a Def/End. Anyhow, its your call...theres just no reason to have that Def/End/Recharge in there doing nothing.

Also...Scirocco is really only needed to 5 slots....unless you really like 3% def to Psi....Why not swap the Oblits in Thunderstrike with the Sciroccos in Jacobs Ladder and use the 6th slot for a Force Feedback Proc?

Other than that, it looks great.

Thanks for the feedback regarding the colours lol .. my first time trying to work out how to export from mids .. I will not make the same mistake again ..

Not a bad build at all...Infact looks similar to a build I once did ;P

Everything frogfather said is spot on especially the part about adding the force feedback proc.

Persoanlly I'd want Gloom in there to compensate for elec's rather shabby ST Dmg- I can say from experience that it makes a difference. Id be looking at Grant Cover to walk the plank in order to make room for it. Your already at 51.2% DDR stacking to 78.9% for 58 secs and GC is only bringing an extra 13.9% to your game- which personally I don't don't think you'll miss (not to mention running GC will put your end usage over the 1p/sec mark, which, while you maybe able to live with, my mids OCD will not allow )

"Ye, but where do I get the slots from to slot another attack?" I hear you say. Well Frog has already pointed out a few places where u can trim the fat. You also have a LotG +def in CJ which aint really doin much for ya aswell and once you've trimmed ur toggles of their excess- no problem.

One other thing to consider is that by adding 2 slots to SJ u hit your range and aoe Def targets with fewer slots which could then free up slots from stamina and also allow u to re slot chain induction with Crushing impact for some extra rechg maybe...Id leave the full set of numi in True Grit as it does good work there.

Anyway, as I said at the beginning of the post its a good build and im just highlighting different ways of skining the same cat really.

Chibabas :P

It's unreadable redside. Luckily, I'm reading it via the textbox instead.
OP, please export with fruit salad.

I'll be gentle, but I will say this: This is not the definitive Elec/SD brute.

It is a good Elec/SD brute.

The patrons really do help round out builds. I recommend you look into them.

I tweaked your build. (still no purples)

Changes:
-Added in the FF proc for +recharge spikes. (Had to switch sets of jacob's and thunderstrike)
-Since you had 2 9% acc's over the cap, I swapped the LOTG Defense with Red Fortune defense to give you better endurance efficiency and save a small amount of coin. If you hate being cheap, buy a hami instead.
-Added another LOTG to grant cover. You have better endurance eff now, so if you need to run it, you can with similar cost to what you had now.
-Against All Odds already is a good taunt, plus you have good AoE's to hold aggro. No need for the taunt IO.
-I was able to place a kismet 6% Acc (to-hit) IO in your build. Now you can actually hit those +4's. (I kid, I kid)
-Personally, capping AoE defense isn't too important and actually gets in the way of building for recharge. However, to match your build, I kept it.

Numbers:
1) 331% vs 270% regen (27.6 vs 22.4)
2) 2.16 net recov vs 2.08 net recov
3) Force Feedback gains some recharge

edit: 2:

Here's an example of an Elec/SD with the patrons. Getting the patrons adds recharge and recovery to a build, as well as additional AoE. It sacrifices DDR (which unless you're going to tank an ITF, isn't a big deal), for more recharge. It also is fairly easy to switch out to purples or sacrifice AoE defense (AoE attacks are both uncommon and do not hit hard) to squeeze out even more recharge.

Thanks for the advice Tonality .. it is much appreciated and what you say seems to have some value .. I will look into it .. it seems the general consensus is that it needs tweaking and there may be scope to incorporate a patron to improve my single target damage .. I will have another twiddle and see if i can make some improvements ..

Cheers .. you are all safe from the Badger Overlord .... for now Muhahahaha

I have found there is almost always room for tweaks - even when I think I'm finished. As an experiment, pick a powerset, and build it from scratch once a day for 4 days. For me, every build turns out slightly different. You'll find yourself trying to decide if you want 0.01 more recovery or 0.2% more resistance.

You do have a good build there. I'd look at the patrons to add even more AoE. Plus, the -to-hit of Dark Obliteration certainly never hurts.
