It works so much better with this set than anything else to pair it with in my opinion. The problem with the pets is they get 1 shotted so easily. With thermal shields this doesnt happen as much which gives your more time to heal them if needed. Plus the damage buffs are nice to have for them as well. I've been using it as a static team build. Thermal is a real bonus. I'm still in my 20's and havn't had a lot of exposure to solo running, so a lot of the time, the team will start in taking much of the alpha (crab, brute or widow). The only issues I've had with genin is one get running off before I can call it back and he drags a few mobs with him, he may not survive depending on the number he's pulling, but he will take a few shots before he drops. It will be interesting to see how they fair at higher levels.
