It's a great build, but you've managed to get quite a few Rule of 5 violations towards the end of it. There's 2 sets that have gone over on both +HP of 1.13%, and 5% recharge. As well as another 1.13 HP from a third set. You may as well look at moving some of those around or changing the sets you're using.

Outside of that, it's a good strong build, great defense, great HP and great recharge. Well done.

Here's my suggested changes to get you more HP bonuses without touching your Def or Rech bonuses.

First of all you're endurance usage will more then likely catch up to you, even with Dark Consumption refilling your end bar occasionally. Most folks try and shoot for a 2 end per/sec rec. difference. (Also toggle on The Atlas Medallion under accolades, it's another one you'll want to get)

Secondly, If you're going to use LotG for your defensive powers slot the triple for better end reduction. You'll still hit the ED cap on those powers, help reduce your end reduction and add some nice global accuracy. And you won't go under the soft cap.

Be aware that you've already broken the "rule of 5" when it comes to set bonuses. You're not getting all the +21.1hp, or +5% recharge bonuses that you think you're getting. Ctrl+B in Mids will bring up the "Sets and Bonuses" window showing a few things in red. You can only have 5 of any particular type of bonus, be it set or IO. Adding in the 4th LotG will put you over on the 9% accuracy as well, but you do need better end management.

If you add in the 4th LotG in your defensive powers I'd replace the 5 slotted Glimpse of the Abyss with 4 slots of Clouded senses since you seem to be going for the 6.5% recharge there and getting your +9% acc back under the "rule of 5". Move that 5th slot to health and throw in the Miracle Unique.

These are just suggestions and you need to determine what's best for your play style. As always YMMV

Didn't have my SD/DM's build on Mid's, but whipped up something which seems quite similar to what he has now. Biggest difference to your build is Maneuvers + Grant Cover which is a nice combo to help all the scrappers, blappers and whoever happens to be in melee with you. Also took Pyre Mastery to fill the AoE hole of DM.

Few comments;

1) I find your slotting way too shy for endurance reduction. Most of your toggles have less than one SO worth of endurance reduction, so you will probably run dry even with DC.

2) You're overslotting some powers, such as Tough. Three Res IOs and a Res/End? You could get better results with three of Titanium Coating; Resistance, Res/End, Res/End/Rech would get you about 50% Resistance and 45% EndRed. That's only 1.6% less S/L Resistance, more EndRed and one slot saved.

There are other powers such as this, like most of your toggles where you could (and should) substitute the plain Defense IO for a Def/End or a LotG triple for 9% acc set bonus.

3) You're also way above the soft cap for all of your positional stats. I find it good enough on my SD/DM to have 47% Melee and just over 45% Ranged and AoE. I very rarely suffer from Def Debuffs so I think it's pointless to have near 50% Defense.

4) Touch of Fear is pretty much useless once you're soft capped. It's main function for a SD/DM is to debuff a tough target's ToHit values to allow you to tank it more safely. The fear isn't that useful because it's 1) single target and 2) broken when you damage the victim.

5) I think you should remove slots from DC and add to your attacks to make them cost less Endurance. Proactive endurance management is always better than reactive, IMO.

EDIT: 6) I'd also drop the Stealth IO you have slotted in Sprint. It's not exactly clear how Taunt mechanisms work, but I think it was proved somewhere that any form of stealth is disruptive for your aggro.

I don't like to change powers on people or take the build to different intentions so I just spent 5 mins on it taking it somewhere nearer what I may do from where you are now. Sprint doesn't have to be on making sure that you are just as likely to be noticed first in the perception check as opposed to the person 20ft behind you.

It's very similar to what you had as it was just 5 mins of looking at it but maybe it'll help, the key thing was to not over do the def and undermine the end drain.

End usage is 1.4/s (from toggles) and Rec is 2.88/s. That's not counting the P.Shift'r proc AND while running Sprint. Add in DC and I think the end won't be an issue. But I'm willing to adjust and there's certainly room in the build to lower some defense for endurance reduction.

Agreed with a caveat. If you are fighting +4 boss spawns that have defense debuff it might be useful to overshoot the soft cap. Comes in handy vs certain AV's and GM's as well. And, quite frankly, I wasn't even trying for that much defense it just worked out that way.

I believe that this point is debatable. See the above caveat. And don't forget it's not always you that your target is swinging at.

It's actually very clear how taunt mechanisms work. Rather than go into the explanation here lets just say the Stealth IO won't override either the AAO taunt aura, Taunt or Gauntlet to the extent it's noticable. Additionally I put the Stealth IO in Sprint so I could toggle it off and on as needed and if I'm having issues holding agro I will simply turn it off for the duration. Not only that but it gives a nice 1.5% hp bonus for 3 slotting the set.

You've brought up some great points for consideration and I'll certainly take them into account as I level up this toon. Thank you.

Here's the minor tweaks I'd make to your build. I did include Atlas Medallion in the Accolades for the +5% to endurance. Even with Sprint on and not including Pshift proc firing you'd be sitting at 3.48/s end recovery vs. 1.29 end/sec usage.
