imo, you should have Bone Smasher and Flamethrower instead of Boxing and Tough, and at this level be taking Total Focus.
but, given the choices, I would take Flamethrower.

Take out Fighting pool... I really dont like it, specially on a Blaster. And concealment I would keep only if it matches character concept.
Flamethrower is pretty nice, as blasters should have all AoE they can put their hands on... Actually, i think that should be a good guideline: spread pain in high doses all around you and you should be a good blaster.
But that are my 2 cents on the matter...

ok thanks all for ur input i did a respec last nite and got rid of stealth and flamethrower....yes i know ur prolly thinkn im crazy but wasnt really impressed with the flamethrower so i got beanbag for a good laugh and i did get total focus at lvl 38! On a personal note: just found out literally like 30 minutes ago my uncle's dad passed away 
and along with that bad news comes more, My uncle's step-dad is also in grave condition and he could go at anytime. I just want all the deaths in the family to stop know what i mean? I'll see you all on tonight around 10 pm-ish central. Sincerely ur Capn. ^0.0^
I would lose fighting and invisible pools and focus on your main power pools. You didnt post your typical attack chain. Any toon needs a solid chain and by taking too many auxilliaries early you may be undercutting the potential performance.You have your travel picked and definitely need fitness. Flesh out your primaries and pick more auxilliary powers when you've leveled a bit more.
