Does arena count for PVP IO's? Last I heard they had to be zone rep kills, but what do I know? Nothing, that's what.

Arena works but it has to be reputation eligible kills, i.e. the 5 minute timer applies.

ug...even at 4 billion a drop i just dont have 5+ hours per chance of a drop of farming in me...
