Dark melee/Super reflexes, Adding hasten??
Drop Super Jump and get Ninja Run. You don't even need the ranged defense from the BotZ set. Your other option is to get rid of Darkest Night.
Perhaps more importantly, Siphon Life has no accuracy or damage. That slotting should be reworked.
Darkest Night looks like your best bet. Do you need hasten? Thats for you to decide when you get nearly done slotting. Are your powers up fast enough to make you happy. But Im gonna say it would probably be nice to have
Now I know you didnt ask for general build advice....but....
Your SR defensive toggles and passives are overslotted. You could remove that second Def/End in each of them and still be over the cap. Personally I like LotG +7.5%/LotG Def (or Def/End if its a toggle) and a Def IO in each until I hit the rule of 5....But thats expensive. So Set IO Def, Def/End and Def IO would probably work for you. At least dont 2 slot Red Fortune...even doing that youre still over the softcap.
Siphon Life has no accuracy or damage associated. May I recommend one of the Accurate healing sets with a damage IO added or not...
Health is Numina Unique, Miracle Unique and 2 Heal IOs. Might as well substitute the heal IOs for Miracle Heal and Numina Heal for the small set bonuses.
Something similar for Stamina would seem to be in order....

I'd go with either 4 slots of LotG or 4 slots of GotA, since they have the best bonuses, IMO. Just using 3 slots in the passives won't hurt the defense totals much if those slots are needed elsewhere.

Thanks for the responses guys, ive now reslotted siphon of life with touch of nictus, and i changed the red fortunes in lucky for lotgs. i only slotted the red fortunes in because of the rule of 5, and the price of lotgs are quite alot. i quite like dn because of the - to hit and the dam, so i think il keep that. so i think il leave out hasten for now, and see how the build plays like. This brute is only level 21 at the mo anyways so i got time to save for it. thanks for your help.
